2,200 SF 2-story addition with complete interior and exterior renovation of premier Italian restaurant and banquet facility in
Port Chester, New York. The aesthetic pays homage to local firehouses, The result is a unified exterior image reminiscent of a traditional Italian villa with a clean, contemporary interior.  The project included complete sitework with landscaping, lighting and parking reconfiguration and expansion.
